At Carpenter Expert, we value customer satisfaction and aim to maintain transparency in all transactions. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are applicable.
A full refund will be provided if Carpenter Expert cancels the booking due to unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers may receive a refund if they cancel a booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
No refund will be issued once the carpenter has arrived at the location or if the service has already started.
If an advance payment was made to confirm the booking:
100% refundable if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
75% refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
Non-refundable if the carpenter has already arrived or work has begun.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during booking.
We do not provide cash refunds for online transactions.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
In some cases, the processing time may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Failure to provide accurate details (address, contact number, or service requirements) leading to incomplete service.
Customer unavailability at the scheduled time and place of service.
Services already completed or partially delivered.
Note: Carpenter Expert reserves the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both the customer and our professionals.
